I can definitely see a difference in you both. I’d probably do okay with Jenny Craig if it curbed my cravings. I’m a super picky eater but your menu looks like something I could deal with. I’m sure you’ll keep up this great work with the wedding dress goal in mind.

Thanks so much, Judy. Yes, I really want to gain control back, too. I need to hold myself accountable and I think having the in-person consultations really helped because I had to answer to someone at the end of the week if I strayed.

Congrats on each of your successes – you both look fitter! I really want to try this program, I want to gain control back. I had gotten so slender for my wedding but then something happened that triggered me and I gained the majority of the weight back. Your stories are inspiring!
