I tried the ELF stain Power Mauve. I wore it out to dinner and it didn’t even last 2 hours. It was 90% gone, I was so disappointed. I guess I’ll go back to my Revlon Colorstay Overtime, which does last all day and holds up through meals.

The darker shades of the NYX Lip IV are some of the nicest stains out there, better than some high end brands! The shade names are a bit cringe but Mauve N’ Moist and Grape Gushin’ have been my go-to’s for a while. Colourpop also have a new version called Hydro Pop – very much like the old Fresh Kiss Glossy but new shades that wear a bit more evenly. Blueberry Marg is the one I love from that range.

This ranking information was much more helpful than other reviews. I am new to lip stains and the information helped me figure out what to try first. XO Thank you, Miranda!
