I feel so dumb that I never even realized I had “hooded eyelids” until like a week ago and I’m 30. I’m a complete beginner at makeup. I either didn’t wear it or slapped on some tinted moisturizer and uneven winged black eyeliner eyeliner and called it a day. It feels like everyone became professional level makeup artists in the past few years.

I have hooded eyes with creases and creases on top of them, I have tried everything but they still keep popping up…lol. I would love to do a wing liner not a big bold one but a small elegant one at the moment it’s a dot dash dot dot in-between the lines. HELP …
